Colin Moorhead
Principal
Colin is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and developing the company’s strategic vision. Colin has more than twelve years of acquisition, asset management, and investment management experience with a focus on residential real estate. Colin received a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia.
Robert Thorsen
Principal
Robert is responsible for acquisitions, operations, and strategy. Robert has a unique blend of investment management and construction experience. Robert previously co-founded a private equity backed multifamily development and investment platform. Robert holds a B.A. in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College, an M.P.S. in Real Estate from Georgetown University, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
David Katz
Principal
David is responsible for all legal matters and investor relations. David has experience representing clients in all legal aspects of real estate projects as well as investment management experience serving as in house counsel and partner of a private real estate company focused on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Dave earned an M.P.S in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, and a B.S. in Biology from the College of Charleston.
